The Hüs Sanskiin “Brombelbei” vacation rental at the Friesenhaus Sanskiin in Nebel/Süddorf is a cozy vacation rental for your stay on the island—quietly located in a village, just a short walk from shopping and close to the coast. With approximately 42 m² of space, the apartment accommodates up to 3 people and features a total of 4 rooms, including 2 bedrooms. A living room is perfect for relaxing, complemented by a separate dining area with a dining table, making shared meals just as natural as quiet evenings on the couch.
Cooking and gathering are made easy in the open kitchen, which opens directly onto the living area. It is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. For daily needs, the kitchen includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and other practical appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (with a tub), toilet, hair dryer, and mirror. Another plus is the comfortable household amenities: a washer and dryer are available (shared use of the dryer and washer), and there’s also an iron, hot water, and heating to keep you comfortable even on cooler days.
Outdoor living is also possible at the vacation rental: You have access to the garden and terrace, complete with patio furniture and a lawn—ideal for outdoor breakfast or relaxing after a day at the beach. A grill is also available. Technology and entertainment have been taken care of as well: Wi-Fi is available, as are a TV and radio. Those who like it especially cozy can also enjoy their vacation evenings with a DVD or CD player.
The location is appealing due to its proximity to everyday amenities and nature: shopping is only about 50 m away, and the restaurant is roughly 1,082 m away. The beach is about 800 m away (sandy beach), while the sea is about 1,100 m away. Transportation is also convenient: public transit is about 20 m away, and a private parking space for 1 car is available. For day trips, the ferry is about 3,000 m away.
Family-friendly and pet-friendly: Children are welcome, and pets are allowed—with a limit of 2 pets. As a smoke-free accommodation, the “Brombelbei” vacation rental also offers a pleasant indoor climate. Electric car drivers also benefit from an electric car charging station.

This traditional Frisian cottage with a thatched roof, typical of the island, was built in 1867. The main part of the house still stands today. Starting in 1996, a modern addition was built behind the house. This created a total of seven vacation apartments under thatched roofs.
The family-friendly furnishings delight moms, while the large playground with a swing and play equipment delights the little ones. And the barbecue area, complete with a large swivel grill and a pavilion, awaits Dad.
Sheltered from the wind behind the house, you’ll find a large terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and beach chairs (April–October). In the huge garden, there are several additional seating areas, beach chairs, a daybed, a property-wide scavenger hunt, and the “Sundowner Lounge” with a beautiful view across the fields toward the sunset. There are also various games and activities for children and adults: a giant trampoline, a barbecue area, the throwing and skill game “Corn Hole,” a swing, a sandbox, and Amrum’s first outdoor Scrabble!
Another attraction in the garden is the “Hasenbaudraufschaubau”: a spacious, covered seating area with a hanging swing, electrical outlet, and a working stove.
In the hallway leading to the “Goodshenk,” “Eerdglüper,” and “Driiwfholt” apartments, a library and game room are available to all guests, young and old. You can borrow books, audiobooks, DVDs, puzzles, and board games for the whole family here free of charge.
In the building’s basement, there is a wide variety of children’s toys: a Brio train set, a car mat, sand toys, building blocks, and wooden garden toys—all of which are available to all guests.
