About this house rental

The vacation rental is located just outside the village of Waffenbrunn in an idyllic setting. Our property is a haven for bees, bumblebees, birds, and squirrels. So you won’t find a “manicured lawn” here.
The first floor features a living room and dining room, as well as a kitchen and a guest restroom. A spacious bedroom on the first floor, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink, is connected to the first floor by a sun-drenched staircase.
The vacation rental includes a carport and a parking space. A swing, trampoline, and sandbox are available, as well as umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a dining table with six chairs for outdoor use. In the neighboring towns of Waffenbrunn and Willmering, you can shop at the bakery, butcher shop, Aldi, or Netto. The town of Cham is 8 km from the vacation rental. There are opportunities for short hikes near the vacation rental. The health resort of Waldmünchen is a 20-minute drive away. Here, you can hike to Gibacht or Czercov. Hoher Bogen, Großer Arber, and the southern Bavarian Forest can be reached in 45–60 minutes.

Schön ruhig gelegen. Alles ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Es hat der ganzen Familie Spaß gemacht.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits des Ortes in ruhiger Lager , was uns sehr entgegen kam . Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet , es fehlte an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Besonders hat uns das Dachgeschoss gefallen, Welches sehr modern eingerichtet ist und in Dem wir Nachts sehr gut schlafen konnten . Meine Partnerin und mein Kind hatten zweimal ein schmerzlichen Zusammenstoß mit der Glastüre zum Wohnbereich , dass wäre das einzigste, was mir negativ einfällt . Unser Kind hat viel Spaß beim Spielen hinter dem Haus, vor allem das Trampolin war super. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da. Die Wohnung ist erstaunlicherweise komplett bestückt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sogar ein Ofen sorgt für Wärme! Wanderwege sind in der näheren Umgebung etwas spärlich, aber per Auto gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett, wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder. Für Tierfreunde: in der Nähe wohnen wohl noch drei Katzen, die vor der Terrassentür hocken und sich durchaus ihre Streicheleinheiten abholen. Wer das nicht will, den lassen sie aber auch in Ruhe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten selten so eine tolle Ferienwohnung!

Haus liegt idyllisch am Waldrand und an Wiesen. Ein Zug fährt direkt am Grundstück mehrmals am Tag direkt vorbei, meldet sich aber vorher mit einem Hupen an. Sehr schön ist, das man jetzt in der Übergangszeit anschüren konnte, Holz lag im Garten bereit. Die Küche war leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet, fehlten viele Kleinigkeiten v der Salatschüssel, Salatbesteck, Müslischalen Zitronenpresse etc., also alles einpacken, vorher erfragen oder selber Kaufen....es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer mit 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten , heißt mit fremden Pärchen etwas unpassend! Des Weiteren müssen große Leute (1.80/1.85)mit den gegeben Dachschrägen Im 1.OG -Bad/WC und Lampen, erstmal anfreunden u das Du anbieten, sonst lebt man mit diesem auf Kriegsfuß! Zum Flur vom WZ aus gibt es eine Glastüre, die dringend mit irgendetwas sichtbar gemacht werden sollte! Durch die traumhafte Aussicht durch diese Glastüre in den Garten übersieht man leicht diese geschlossene Glastüre.
