An der Balkontür und am Schlafzimmerfenster fehlte mir ein Sichtschutz. Gardine oder ähnliches. gebe ich einen 1/4 Punkt Abzug. Sonst alles sehr schön.

Eine schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, wirklich geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, ideal für 2 Personen. Toll ist, gerade bei längerem Aufenthalt, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Das Einzige, das fehlt, ist ein WLAN Zugang, aber das ist zu verschmerzen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und überrascht, welche Kleinigkeiten zur Ausstattung gehörten. Wir werden dieses Apartment wieder buchen und unseren Urlaub genießen

Man bekommt, was man sieht: Eine mit 40 qm durchaus geräumige Wohnung, die zwei Personen ausreichend Platz bietet. Das Mobiliar ist modern, zurückhaltend, es bleibt genügend Lauf-/Bewegungsfläche. Auch fürs Ausruhen sind genug Möglichkeiten vorhanden (ein Sofa, ein Korbsessel mit verstellbarer Rückenlehne). Küchen- als auch Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet, der Herd funktioniert wunderbar, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle ... ein Fernseher, eine Möglichkeit, DVDs abzuspielen sowie ein kleines Sortiment an Filmen und Büchern. Auch der recht geräumige Balkon ist klasse. Im Schlafzimmer finden sich ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, ein kleines Wäschereck, das auf die Balkonbrüstung passt; im Badezimmer befindet sich eine schmale Waschmaschine, ein Luxus, den ich so noch nicht hatte. Die kleine Spülmaschine im Küchenbereich habe ich nicht genutzt, wahrscheinlich wäre sie praktisch gewesen, hätte ich regelmäßig gekocht. Sehr zuvorkommend finde ich auch den Ordner mit sorgsam zusammengestellten Bedienungsanleitungen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Internetanschluss. Das gehört heute zum Standard, ich habe es vermisst, frage mich aber auch, ob es unbedingt sein muss, da beispielsweise die Kurverwaltung kostenlosen Zugang gewährt. Man kann auch an digitale Entgiftung denken und mal offline sein ... Die meisten sind ohnehin mobil in dieser Hinsicht. Es gibt auch störende Elemente, sicher; die Wohnung ist Teil einer dreigliedrigen Anlage, die über einen großen Parktplatz locker miteinander verbunden ist. Sprich: Man hat Nachbarn. Manche quasseln quer über den Parkplatz, andere rauchen wie Schlote ... Alltag eben. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit hätte ich mir etwas mehr Achtsamkeit gewünscht. Im Kühlschrank fand ich winzige Reste, die schnell zu beseitigen waren; aber das ist nicht appetitlich. Selbst habe ich bei Abreise drauf geachtet, keine Gebrauchsspuren zu hinterlassen. Insgesamt habe ich einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung und auf Poel verbracht und mich wohl gefühlt. Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen.
