In our comfortable “Seeadler” vacation apartment with a balcony, you can look forward to wonderfully relaxing days on Juist...
The apartment features a spacious living area (with an open kitchen), two separate bedrooms, a storage room, a closet, and a bathroom with a shower. Bright rooms, modern furniture, and tasteful decor immediately create an atmosphere where you’ll feel completely at home.
You can relax wonderfully, especially on the beautiful balcony, which offers a picturesque view of the mudflats! Reading a good book here or letting the sun shine on your face is pure relaxation!!
There’s also plenty of space to relax inside the apartment! The living area, featuring a sofa nook, TV, radio, and stereo system, is perfect for cozy movie nights; the large dining table is ideal for fun board games; and two separate bedrooms offer pleasant places to retreat.
For easy self-catering during your vacation on Juist, the modern kitchen features, among other things, a 4-burner induction stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, blender, kettle, etc.). Cooking together here is a real treat!
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds (2x 90 x 200 cm; 2x 80 x 190 cm). To make the vacation rental appealing to people with allergies, the bedding is filled with synthetic materials, and the floors are covered with PVC or wood-look flooring.
Additionally, the apartment is handicap-accessible and wheelchair-friendly, featuring an elevator and a walk-in shower.
Free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and air conditioning ensure even greater comfort during your vacation! Standard amenities include a washer and dryer, as well as a high chair and a crib. A vacuum cleaner and hair dryer are also provided.
You can park your bicycles in a designated area.

Our comfortable vacation home, “Haus Billstraße,” is situated in a beautiful location. In just a few minutes, you can reach the nearest beach access to the 17-km-long fine-sand beach. There’s something for everyone here: swimming areas supervised by the DLRG, beach chairs, a beach bar, a (kite)surfing school, various sports and wellness programs, playgrounds for children, or the pure joy of nature during endless, peaceful walks along the beach.
The beach promenade and the center of Juist are also easily accessible (just under 20 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by bike). Here you’ll find not only everything you need for daily life but also many restaurants, boutiques, and artisan shops.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Elektrogeräte hochwertig. Der Blick vom Balkon über das Watt wunderschön...
Für 3 Personen ideale Größe der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah am Zentrum. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Unsere Erfahrungen mit der Agentur waren ebenfalls nur positiv. Späte Anreise und frühe Abreise waren kein Problem und die Schlüsselübergabe wurde freundlich und kompetent geregelt.
