Your vacation home is located in the heart of the Upper Black Forest on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Schluchsee, not far from the shore of the lake of the same name, at an elevation of nearly 1,000 meters, nestled in the unique hilly and forested landscape of the low mountain range.

Your vacation home is located in the heart of the Upper Black Forest on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Schluchsee, not far from the shore of the lake of the same name, at an altitude of nearly 1,000 meters, nestled in the unique hilly and forested landscape of the low mountain range.
The “Elf-Null-Drei” apartment, with its sunny southwest-facing location, has recently been extensively renovated and offers a relaxing vacation in a modern setting, featuring a spacious balcony, magnificent views of nature, and stylish, cozy furnishings.
The approximately 42 m² apartment features
- a combined living and dining room with a pull-out couch (145x200 cm), two upholstered armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV, and board games.
- a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), bedside reading lamps, a vanity table with mirror, and a spacious closet with hangers
- a kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a two-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven/microwave, a dishwasher, exhaust hood, electric kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic kitchen supplies
- a bathroom with a sink, hair dryer, toilet, spacious shower, electric towel warmer, and mirror light
- a hallway with a mirror, shelf, Fritzbox, coat rack with hangers, shoe drying rack, vacuum cleaner, mop, folding step stool
- a sunny, mostly covered balcony with two recliners (including cushions), two folding balcony chairs, and a balcony table
During your stay, you can expect:
- high-speed internet throughout the apartment, including the balcony (16 Mbit, Fritzbox Wi-Fi)
- 1 large and 1 small towel per person, plus bed linens
- ample free parking directly in front of the house
