This beautiful villa is located in the nice part of Medulin, just a short drive from Pula. This unique villa is suitable for families and groups.
With a total of 400 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 8 people. The open ground floor consists of a modern living room with a TV, a fully modern kitchen, a dining area with a large family table, and a bathroom. As a wellness highlight you have a fantastic whirlpool and sauna in the villa.
There are 4 lovingly decorated bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms. It is the unique place to spend your holiday here, you will find a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa. You also have a small sea view from the first floor.
There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for fancy lunches and dinners. You also have 4 bicycles at your disposal and a table tennis outside. Everything is done in a very warm style and makes you feel at home. The villa is equipped with a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station, perfect for guests traveling with electric cars.

The house is furnished nicely and offers a lot of ways to relayhave fun, especially the sauna and whirlpool where nice as we had a few rainy days. We would definitely stay here again!
The only negative thing I can think of is that the restaurants in Medulin seem kind of hit and miss quality wise. But even then Pula is fairly close and offers a good selection of restaurants.
