About this house rental
Our quiet townhouse, located near the spa center, offers you the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to spa facilities and the town center. It is approximately 400 m to the town center and the Old Sluice Harbor.
With approximately 75 m² of living space, there is room for 5 adults and one toddler. A parking space for your car is located right next to the house.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen, which is functionally equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher, among other appliances. There is also a senior-friendly bathroom where you can roll right into the shower with a walker.
On the upper floor, you’ll find a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed).
If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you can use the first floor as a separate living unit.
From the living room, you can access the terrace that belongs to the house. The terrace has an awning that protects you from excessive sunlight if needed.
If you’d like to travel with two families, we may be able to arrange a booking for the neighboring house, which has a similar layout to ours and accommodates 4 adults and 1 toddler.
In addition, there is a TV on the first floor and another in the bedroom upstairs.
For your toddler, you’ll find a crib, a changing table, and a high chair in the house.
If you don’t want to go without internet, you can use free Wi-Fi.
The house is equipped with all the practical appliances you need (including a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron), making it easier to handle the usual household chores—which, unfortunately, are unavoidable even during vacation.
For your shopping needs, you’ll find an Edeka supermarket about 500 m away or a discount store about 800 m away.
The Cliner Quelle, a spa center featuring an indoor pool, wellness area, children’s playground, and spa park, is about 400 m away.
The Harle riverside promenade is 100 m away. Following this path, you’ll reach the beach and marina after about 1,200 m.
