About this apartment rental
Well-maintained vacation apartment on the 12th floor with a large west-facing balcony
Unlock the door, step inside, and let the “vacation” begin.
As you walk through the hallway—which has plenty of space for your coats—you’ll pass the bathroom.
The bathroom is tiled, brightly decorated, and features a toilet and a shower (with a curtain and a small side panel, and a step-in design).
Once you arrive in the living area, you can immediately put your feet up on the circular sofa set. The large LCD TV, along with a radio with CD player and a Blu-ray player, ensure you’ll never get bored.
The dining area, located in the living area, is situated right by the window on a raised platform, from where you can enjoy the magnificent view across the Baltic Sea toward the lighthouse.
The sleeping area, with two single beds (each 90×200), can be separated from the living area by a curtain.
The children’s room, completely separated from the living area by a door, has a bunk bed (each bed 90×200).
A modern, open kitchen awaits you and is equipped with: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Even on vacation, “cooking” can be fun.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Complex:
The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Kids can burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park
