Constant smell of ‘whacky backy’ from apartment(s) below
Apartment 2 resident screeching his car in and out of car parking spot 6/7 times at 0530am on Monday morning…… I left on Monday night, 2 nights earlier than booked due to this behaviour, I didn’t feel safe

Pros: We stayed at Apartment 6 for two weeks at the end of August, 2014. The apartment is exactly as described. It is well equipped for all needs and is clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the balconies with the lovely views of the sea and mountains. The apartment has it's own separate, secure entrance and is very private and not overlooked. The area is very quiet, with very little noise or traffic. Shops, Pubs, Restaurants and the Beach are a gentle 7 minutes stroll away. Although most of the other 7 apartments in the complex were occupied while we there, we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. The pool itself, while clean and well maintained, is quite deep and not really suitable for non-swimmers. The booking process was very simple and straightforward with payment accepted in both pounds and euros. Karen, the complex Manager was on site most days, and available at any time to deal with any queries or problems - not that we had any! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for good value accommodation in Puerto Del Carmen.

Pros: This is an ideal appartment in a great location, We have stayed on the island on numerous occasions and would have no problems in recomending this property, it has everything you require we hope to return next year at some point. Lauren the owner is profesional in here comunications and everything went like clockwork.
