Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr gut durchdacht. Barrierefreiheit (für Gäste ,die darauf angewiesen sind, aber auch ohne körperliche Einschränkung sind sicherlich Fahrstuhl und Stufenfreiheit ein hoher Komfort), die Wohnungen mit einem hohen Standard ausgestattet, Ladestationen und nicht zuletzt die Lage machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
