Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl die Wohnung zur Ostseeallee zeigt, haben wir kaum etwas vom Straßenlärm mit bekommen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ort.. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Tiefgarage ist Groß und man hat genug Platz zum einparken. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung zur Straßenseite ist. Aber ansonsten sehr gut gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Sehr kurze Fußwege zum Strand und Gaststätten, auch günstig für Radler durch Radfahrweg direkt vor dem Haus. Dank der gut gedämmten Fenster kann man es auch im Schlafzimmer trotz der viel befahrenen Ostseeallee aushalten. Wenn die Großbaustellen nebenan und gegenüber (mehr als 35 Eigentumswohnungen) jetzt beginnen, wird man sich häufiger am Strand aufhalten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, toll ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der kurze Weg zum Strand
Es ist alles da um sich wohlzufühlen
