This stunning villa with a white exterior, a pool, exclusive ocean views, and year-round sunsets is located on the west coast of Ibiza in the “Calo d’en Real” residential complex, a quiet area right next to Cala Vedella.
Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches are just a few kilometers away (Cala Vedella 1 km, Cala Moli 1 km, Cala Tarida 4.5 km, Cala Carbo 9 km, Cala Conte 10 km, Cala Bassa 11 km, Cala d’Hort 11 km). On the first floor are two bedrooms overlooking the pool; they are connected by an interior door and have their own access to the outdoor terrace and the pool in the garden. The fully equipped (for 8 people) white high-gloss kitchen, featuring a central cooking island and a counter with 2 bar stools, opens onto the pool deck and lounge terrace through 3 panoramic sliding doors and is also located on the first floor. It is equipped with a side-by-side, door-in-door refrigerator with an integrated freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso/filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a pantry. In the adjacent dining room with an open wood-burning fireplace, the extendable dining table seats up to 8 people.
Upstairs, you’ll wake up in the master bedroom to an impressive ocean view through the panoramic window and have direct access to a 12-square-meter terrace furnished with a rattan seating area. This floor also features the living room, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Here you’ll find a cozy sofa arrangement (3.15 x 2 m) that includes a full-size bed (1.60 x 2.2 m), providing space for two additional guests. It also features a TV armchair, a smart TV, a desk, and an open wood-burning fireplace.
The rooftop terrace, accessible from the living room and decorated in a white color scheme, offers a 180-degree panoramic ocean view. From here, you can enjoy the indescribably beautiful sunset all year round. It is equipped with a lounge area that can also be used as sun loungers. In the lush garden with palm trees—from which the house takes its name—there is a terrace (approx. 30 m²) located directly next to the heated pool (4.6 x 2.7 m; heating available for an additional fee of 15 € per day), furnished with a rattan seating area for 8 people, an extendable dining table, and a Weber gas grill. Above this is another wooden terrace with a sea view (30 m²) for sunbathing, featuring 6 sun loungers and a small Aperol rattan lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view. The garden enjoys sun all day long; if needed, a large juniper tree and a parasol provide shade. The property is fully enclosed by a typical Ibizan rubble stone wall and equipped with an alarm system, thus offering a high degree of privacy and security.
