The apartments in the former mill estate are located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen an der Sauer, in close proximity to the Luxembourg border town of Rosport.
The cozy Vacation Rental I “Am Mühlenbach” offers a living area of approximately 104 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The “II Auf dem Kornspeicher” vacation rental is 125 m² in size, and the “III Jägerstube” apartment accommodates 2–3 people in 75 m².
Enjoy the proximity to Luxembourg with its wide range of excursion options—discover Trier, Luxembourg City, or Echternach, or explore the region by bike or on foot.
On-site costs: Our rental rates include all additional fees: towels and linens are included; basic cleaning is 90.00 €; a maximum of 1 pet is allowed by prior arrangement, subject to an additional fee of 50 €. Payment is always made directly to us as your hosts. We will send you a separate invoice after booking. Please pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the invoice and the balance 4 weeks before arrival. You may cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are obligated to compensate us for the damages incurred: • 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, if the property cannot be rented to another guest • 100% reimbursement for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. The date we receive your cancellation notice is what counts. Any amounts already paid will be credited. You may provide a replacement guest who will assume your contract under the terms stated. Written notification is sufficient.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 11:00 AM.
