About this apartment rental
This spacious 50-square-meter apartment offers soothing views of the green forest. The sound of birdsong invites you to linger on the modernized balcony. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy sunshine from morning to evening.
The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and is divided into an entryway, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and balcony. The apartment has been furnished and equipped in a functional and stylish way, making it perfect for your short- or long-term stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a beautiful, bright kitchenette with four ceramic cooktops, a 3-in-1 oven, grill, and microwave combination, a built-in refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen is a beechwood dining table with four matching chairs.
The living area can be arranged flexibly depending on your needs. The apartment can be used by one person, a couple, or even up to four people. The two pull-out IKEA Hemnes beds can be used either as simple single beds, a cozy couch, or as 1.60-meter-wide double beds. In addition, the drawers under the beds are perfect for storing clothes and other personal items.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a washer-dryer and a clothes dryer.
Bedding and towels are included in the price. Everyday items such as toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, etc., are always provided in the apartment. This means nothing stands in the way of your stay near Giessen.
I’m happy to answer any further questions you may have.
