If you love taking a break in unspoiled nature and are looking for a particularly picturesque and extraordinary place of tranquility, our houseboat at the outer pier of the Pölich Marina is the perfect choice for you. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the forest and vineyards. Enjoy a unique vacation with plenty of great sports and cultural activities in the area. We can also create a wonderful atmosphere on our houseboat for you to enjoy happy and romantic moments together as a couple. Just feel free to contact us about this.
The houseboat:
Fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine, V&B tableware, WMF cutlery, knife block
refrigerator with freezer compartment, two-burner gas stove with piezo ignition, mini-oven, electric kettle, dishwasher
living-dining room (dining table with 4 chairs) with open-concept kitchen, comfortable large sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV
1 bedroom with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, 1 bedroom with a double bed, closet, and porthole window
Bathroom with shower, sink, illuminated mirror, designer radiator, and luxury toilet
All rooms have privacy and sun protection in the form of pleated blinds and drapes on the front windows. All porthole windows also have an integrated insect screen.
Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms
Large rooftop terrace with a magnificent panoramic view and stainless steel railing, patio furniture, 2 sun loungers, and a stainless steel spiral staircase
Front deck (10 sqm) with patio furniture and a table
Aft deck (6 sqm) with stainless steel railing and a stainless steel swim ladder
A two-step staircase leads from the dock into the houseboat. The rooftop terrace is accessible via a stainless steel spiral staircase.
New: Starting in 2025, the houseboat will be moored year-round from January through December at the outer pier of the Pölich marina.

Sehr schöne Lage am Hafen von Pölich in der Nähe des Campingplatzes. Sehr ruhig und mit viel Natur. Am Wochenende etwas mehr Verkehr auf der Mosel. Nette Vermieter, alles vor Ort. Schöne Ausstattung modern und Gemütlich. Alles sehr Empfehlenswert zum Erholen….!!!

Empfang und Einweisung wurden von dem netten Besitzerehepaar, in einem freundlichen und vertrauten Rahmen, vorgenommen. Für uns war es das erste mal auf einem Hausboot, das sanfte Schaukeln auf den Wellen, die Aussicht auf den Fluss und die gegenüberliegenden Berge waren sehr schön. Die Ruhe und die vielen Tiere auf dem Wasser und in der Luft schafften eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Insgesamt haben uns die Tage auf dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hausboot sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben das Wochenende im Hausboot sehr genossen. Wir hatten es uns nicht so komfortabel vorgestellt. Es war alles liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder....
