The charming holiday home "Balcon de Benalmadena Ocean Views" is located on the outskirts of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, just a quick walk from the beach up or down a short and steep hill. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen including an oven and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and cable TV with many international channels, including channels from the Nordic countries. A cot and a high chair are also available on demand.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open roof terrace and two additional balconies, one on each floor. The rooftop terrace features a lounge area with comfortable seating and sun loungers, perfect for starting the day with breakfast and enjoying spectacular sea views. The two balconies are furnished with tables and chairs, with the lower one ideal for any meal of the day and with easy access from the kitchen.
This house is located in a residential area. Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed.
Walking or driving distances to nearby amenities are as follows: the nearest restaurant is 574 m away, the nearest café is 685 m, the nearest bar is 643 m, and the nearest supermarket is 1.09 km from the property. The beach, Playa de Carvajal, is 600 m away, and Malaga Airport is 22 km from the accommodation.
Free parking is available directly in front of the property and along the adjacent streets.
On special request and available for an extra fee, the sofa bed in the living room can be made available for two extra guests, allowing a total of up to 6 guests.

Pros: La casa está según las fotos, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. La atención de Sonia de la agencia muy buena y muy atenta.
La playa de Carvajal muy limpia y amplia. Y Fuengirola está a un paso.
Cons: No me gustó la ubicación de la urbanización. En la descripción pone que está cerca de la playa, pero en realidad había una buena distancia para ir andando y no corresponde con la descripción. Aunque se vea la playa desde la terraza,hay que bajar(y luego subir) una buena cuesta.Y no hay párking privado, pero lo bueno es que encuentras fácil por la zona.

Pros: Sitio muy tranquilo, buenas vistas y se puede disfrutar de la piscina porque no hay casi gente
Cons: Distancia y la dificultad de llegar a la playa que aconsejan llevar el coche.

Pros: Mycket trevligt hus i Spansk still ett vackert och lugnt område med pool (nästan för sig själva). Allt inhägnat vilket känns tryggt och säkert. Från takterassen en fantastiskt fin
utsikt över Fuengirolas strand, hav etc. Husägaren mycket trevlig, flexible, snabba svar och lätt att komma överens med. Trevliga och hjälpsamma grannar. Kan rekommenderas,
finns allt man behöver, vi har varit där under de senaste 5 åren och stortrivs.
