Manche Küchenutensilien wie z.B. die Töpfe sollten mal ersetzt werden. Diese sind von außergewöhnlich schlechter Qualität und haben im Boden Überhitzungsschäden. Die Kochstelle könnte auch eine Erneuerung vertragen.

An sich eine schöne Wohnung, die jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Fußboden (Laminat) ist aufgequollen und vermackt. Die Wände sind teilweise (von Kindern) bemalt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Unserer Meinung nach nicht für einen Erwachsenen geeignet. Im Badezimmer fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küchenausstattung verfügt nur über das nötigste. Falls man selber kochen möchte, sollte man von zuhause Messer, Schneebesen, Sieb, Käsereibe, Kochlöffel ... unbedingt selbst mitbringen. Das Foto vom Teich entspricht nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Der Teich hat sich in ein zugewachsenes Biotop entwickelt, zu dem kein Zugang mehr möglich ist. Auch ist der Außenbereich lediglich durch ein Holzzaunelement links und rechts abgetrennt, sodass keine Privatsphäre gegeben ist, da ein drittel zum Nachbar offen ist. Durch die beengten Verhältnisse ist auch kein Grillen möglich. Durch das Biotop befinden sich zahlreiche Stechmücken in Warteposition.

Es hat uns in der Wohnung, alles in Allem gut gefallen.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Dusche, sprich die
Schiebetüre, nebst Rahmen. Sie ist nicht sehr ansprechend, vorallem der Hygiene wegen! Man sollte
sie zeitnah austauschen!
