About this house rental
The property is located in a small market town in the Günzburg district. Legoland Germany is 10 km away. The Danube is a 10-minute walk away, right on the Danube Cycle Path and the Premium Hiking Trail.
The property
The first floor features a spacious living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower on this floor. The Swedish wood-burning stove (wood is provided free of charge) gives the dining area a special character.
The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with a bathtub. A dressing room with a matching closet is also available for your use.
On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, and another bathroom with a round bathtub and a separate shower.
The accommodations are equipped with bed linens and towels. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and a washing machine. The vacation home also has a fiber-optic internet connection.
Occupancy for up to 4 people
Up to 6 nights: 200.00 €/day,
7 nights or more: 1,190.00 €/week
Each additional person: 20.00 €/day.
Children under 6 stay free.
Children ages 6 to 12:10.00 €/day.
Prices are the same regardless of the season. Final cleaning: 80.00 €

The house was a perfect fit for our extended family of six. The house was beautiful and had every amenity we could desire! The children loved the swing, the big backyard, and the cute resident hedgehogs that sunned themselves on the rocks. We appreciated the close walking proximity to a wonderful bakery, the hiking trails on the Danube and the little outdoor restaurant on the river. Our hostess was kind and very informative. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed here with my family and were very pleased with the house and local amenities. The Danube River and forest is a short walk through the neighborhood. The location is a typical German village with everything you need to stock for meals or personal items. The house garden we thoroughly enjoyed giving you privacy and a natural yard. We spent just as much time in the garden as we did inside

Haus ist topp und gross
Sauberkeit dürfte für Antritt besser sein. Viele Spinnweben in Ecken, Regale staubig.
Unterhalt dürfte mal wieder etwas investiert werden. Neue Teller zum Beispiel und Duschvorhänge.
Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieteterin.
