This former customs house is located in the heart of the quietest part of the forested Southern Harz Mountains, off the beaten path on a dead-end street by a babbling brook.
The house, the garden, and everything around it are all conveniently close together.
Well-maintained, standard accommodations—spacious, bright, and, as they say here, “high and dry.”

Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden verbracht (insgesamt 8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig, dennoch gibt es genügend Möglichkeit die Freizeit zu gestalten (Spielplatz fußläufig erreichbar, zahlreiche Wanderwege, Ausflug nach Bad Sachsa etc.). Alles in allem, es war ein sehr schönes gemeinsames Wochenende

Die Lage ist zum Start für Touren perfekt. Abends angenehm ruhig. Vermieter immer ansprechbar und sehr nett.

Da die Wohnungen erst vor Kurzem vom jetzigen Vermieter übernommen wurden, müssen noch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen und Käufe für Küchenutensilien getätigt werden. Außerdem haben wir WLAN und eine Spülmaschine vermisst, aber zum Feiern war die Wohnung absolut ausreichend.
Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Gerne wieder.
