I had the pleasure of staying at this property for one night with a friend after a long week working in Cologne. The location is beautiful and remote in the German countryside. It was exactly what was needed. The property itself is finished to the finest detail and highest standard. with many old artefacts beautiful maintained to compliment the building perfectly. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back if I am in the region again. The only shame was that we could only stay one night. David

Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man ein ruhiges Fleckchen Erde sucht. Herr Hausmann hat im Vorfeld flott und vor Ort sehr unaufdringlich geholfen. Man kann sehr viele Dinge an der Unterkunft mit nutzen und es ist sehr ruhig auf dem Anwesen. Man kann bei einem zünftigen Fußmarsch bspw. gut die Wuppersperre oder Remscheid-Lennep erreichen. Im Winter haben wir ausgiebig den Kamin genutzt, es gibt aber auch Thermostate und Fußbodenheizung. Gekocht wird wirklich auf einem Holzofen, also Zeit mitbringen. Der frisch aufgebrühte Kaffee schmeckt dann aber besonders gut. Das moderne Bad lässt eh keine Wünsche offen.
