About this apartment rental
The year-round holiday apartment "Casa Gino" is located in Puglia, just about 1 kilometer from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea in the Fiume Chidro and Centro Commerciale areas. The apartment is very quietly located on the edge of a field on the first floor of a small four-unit house complex. The light-flooded apartment is furnished with many amenities in an upscale style.
There are three air conditioning units for the summer, which also provide good heating in the winter. Three infrared panels are also available for heating. This is one of the few properties in the area that can be lived in year-round without any problems. It comfortably accommodates at least four people. A bunk bed in the second bedroom allows for a vacation with up to six people. The daylight bathroom with a shower is very spacious.
The living and dining area, with a new brick kitchenette and dishwasher, is very open and airy at approximately 30 square meters. You enter the apartment via a small terrace in front.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. From the other bedroom, there is another smaller terrace, where you can already catch a glimpse of the sea. A spiral staircase leads to the huge roof terrace with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views. Nothing stands in the way of contemplating magnificent sunsets here.
The Ionian Sea (water temperatures up to 28 degrees Celsius in summer) offers crystal-clear water and stunning fine sandy beaches for carefree swimming. It can be reached either by car in just two minutes or on foot in just 10 minutes. You can also get there by bike in no time.
The property is surrounded by a wall on all sides. To the sides and rear, there is only open field. Access is via a small paved path (cul-de-sac).
Additional storage is also available in the approximately 10 sqm carport with a parking space in front.
Please note that electricity and water are billed according to consumption; the linen package must be paid for on site.
