Spacious family vacation apartment (90 m²) with a balcony

Our lovingly furnished vacation rental (approx. 90 square meters) is located in a quiet area of the Volkach neighborhood of Astheim—in the heart of the Main River Loop—about a 10-minute walk from Volkach’s historic district. You’ll be staying on your own floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, two bedrooms with TVs, a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small balcony. A storage room for bicycles and strollers is available. A washing machine, dryer, baby crib, and high chair are provided free of charge. The electrical outlets are equipped with child safety covers. The staircase can be secured with a gate. Guests are welcome to use the courtyard with its seating area. Payment is made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer or credit card. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 p.m. The vacation rental should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate a fifth person. However, guests from Bedroom 1 will need to pass through the room. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box with a numeric code. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Children up to 6 years old stay for free. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used for a fifth person if needed. All utilities are included in the price. You can park for free in our carport, located approximately 80 meters away.
