Modern and bright vacation rental with a view of the Wadden Sea!
Our “Bülk” vacation rental on Juist is ideal for a couple’s getaway! It features a combined living room and bedroom, an integrated kitchenette with a dining area, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony.
A wide window front, tasteful furnishings, and high-quality hardwood floors create a cozy atmosphere for two people (with a toddler).
The living area is furnished with comfortable armchairs, cable TV, and a stereo system. From here, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the newly redesigned Juist harbor complex with its pier. The view extends all the way to the island of Memmert.
Two fold-out beds in the living room (90 cm x 200 cm) provide comfortable sleeping accommodations.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.). In the adjacent dining area, you can plan your new day of vacation while enjoying breakfast.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge.
Our “Bülk” vacation rental, with low-maintenance flooring (hardwood and tile), is also suitable for people with allergies. We ask that you refrain from smoking and from bringing pets.

“Haus Düsseldorf” on Juist is very centrally located. The beautiful beach, with its cozy beach chairs and wide range of sports activities (sailing, surfing, beach volleyball, etc.), is just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride away.
The idyllic town center of Juist is also very close to the house. Enjoy a leisurely stroll followed by a snack at one of the many cafés and restaurants. Watching the lively island bustle while sipping a delicious cappuccino is the ultimate vacation feeling!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Einraumappartement ist sehr schön. Vor allem das Tageslicht fällt sehr schön in den Raum und der Blick zum Hafen ist ebenfalls klasse. Die Wohnung ist ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der TV ist so ungünstig an einem Schwenkarm montiert, dass man extrem aufpassen muss, sich am TV nicht immer wieder zu stoßen, vor allem wenn man aus der Mitte des Raumes zum Kleiderschrank oder zum Klappbett geht. Nachts handelt es sich um eine echte Gefahrenquelle, weil auf der linken Bettseite kein Nachtlicht verfügbar ist.
