BALTIC SEA. KELLENHUSEN. REFUGIUM 6
This modern, high-quality 80-square-meter vacation apartment, located in a quiet and central spot in the REFUGIUM in Kellenhusen, offers the perfect retreat for your Baltic Sea vacation. The beach and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away. With a private parking spot right outside the front door and located on the first floor, it’s accessible without any steps. You can easily lock up your bicycles in the separate outbuilding.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the large living/dining area with an open kitchen. Everything you need for a perfect stay has been thought of here, from the Nespresso capsule machine (including a milk frother) to the air fryer. The living area is perfect for relaxing on a corner couch with a recliner, and as a special highlight, a gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on colder evenings. Wi-Fi, internet radio, and a large smart TV are, of course, standard here.
From the kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious and partially covered terrace. There, you can enjoy breakfast on comfortable patio furniture (including cushions) and relax in a beach chair as you start your day. The apartment features two bedrooms (each with a 1.80 m wide, high-quality box-spring bed, a TV, blackout pleated blinds, and insect screens) and two full bathrooms, including a wellness shower. You can also relax in the sauna after a day at the beach or long walks.
For our youngest guests, two different high chairs and a travel crib (including a mattress) as well as children’s tableware are available. There’s also a large selection of children’s games and books. You can get to the beach by handcart or scooter, and as a special service, a beach chair is already reserved for you from April 1 through September 30.
And if you need to do a quick load of laundry while on vacation, there’s even a washing machine available in the separate storage room. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Photos may show additional services, such as bedding, towels, a grill, etc., some of which can only be added for a fee after the booking process is complete. If additional services are included in the rental price, they are explicitly described in the listing.
If pets are allowed in this vacation rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a visitor’s tax. This is not included in the booking price.
For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer. The tranquil Baltic Sea spa town of Kellenhusen is nestled on the Bay of Lübeck between a large forest and the Holstein Baltic Sea coast. A special feature is the impressive 305-meter-long pier, where you can even get married. Along the long sandy beach, which features a 2-km-long promenade, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, and recreational activities, among other things. Kellenhusen is connected to the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route, parts of which run directly along the Baltic Sea. Great recreational activities: Biking / Forest tours / Disc golf / Mini-golf / Archery / Catamaran introductory courses / Surf school / Qigong sessions / Yoga on the beach / Activities for children (e.g., children’s theater, inclusive playground)

We’ve rarely spent our vacation in such a beautiful and lovingly furnished vacation rental. It really had everything we needed! The beach chair, reserved for guests on the beach, was especially nice.
