Lovely apartment with three terraces. The top chill out terrace has views over Nerja, just stunning.
The bedroom is compact and needs some bedside drawers or somewhere to put things on. The headboard is not attached to the bed and bangs the wall each time you move. The bathroom is quite dated and needs updating. The shower needs a good deep clean and the plug hole needs a good flush through.
There should be instructions on how to use the air conditioning units.
The door from the living area does not lock and there is only a small bolted type lock at the top of the door which is not very secure.
I think there also needs to be a safe in the property.
It was nice and quiet at the property, but there was nobody on the complex so it may be a bit noisier if all apartments were booked. The pool needs to be stated that it is across the road and down about 35 steps to get there, it is a lovely pool but there needs to be either some sun beds and a parasol maybe.
Lastly there are the steps……the STEPS! There are 48 to get up to the apartment from the road and then a further 6 once inside and these are all on a steep incline.
It is a lovely apartment but what with the hill from the road, then all the steps it’s hard work especially in the heat!
