The approximately 500 square meters of the property is fenced in with a 1.5-meter-high fence. There is a wood-decked patio here, with ground-level access from the dining room/kitchen. With a wonderful view of the fruit tree meadow, it serves as the outdoor dining room in the summer. Great garden furniture by Jan Kurtz and an electric grill are available. The house is located on the outskirts of town. You can go for wonderful walks right from here.
