Schönes Zimmer und Bad nebst Funktionalität und Ausstattung der Küchenzeile; Erlaubnis von Haustieren, Parkplatz direkt am Haus sowie unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und kurzer Weg zum Zentrum. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Supermarkt und doch ruhig gelegen. Möglichkeiten für touristische Ausflüge (z.B. Wismar, Lübeck) gegeben.
