The newly built countryside villa is just a few minutes drive from both Muro and the famous Playas de Muro. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. The spacious house, with a living area of ​​approx. 240m2 is built on a 14000m2 plot, of which about 1000m2 are available. In the middle of the lawn is the 10x5m pool with sunloungers. The pool is treated with salt. In the pool, which dispones the possibility of warming up the water with a warming pump, there is an intergrated jacuzzi. Between the house and the pool is a nice terrace with a barbecue. The house has a living-dining room with satellite TV and warm/cold air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including one en suite). All bedrooms are equipped with warm/cold air conditioning. Furthermore, the house has free wifi.

Pets are not allowed / Young groups are not accepted / No parties allowed. The pool can be heated, please inform the owner before the arrival if wished.
