About this house rental
Located in a rural area of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, Villa Can Joan den Cove is surrounded by a large plot of land with fruit trees. The typical Ibizan house is ideal for a family holiday and consists of 2 living rooms (both with TV), a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace and a television. A baby cot and highchair are also available upon request (please request these at the time of booking).
The highlight of this property is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you can relax with a drink or enjoy delicious meals with your loved one. Note: the pool and open terrace are elevated and must be accessed via stairs.
In just 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Santa Gertrudis with restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and more. In approximately 20 minutes driving you will reach the beautiful coastline where you can spend the day on one of its many beaches such as the Cala Llonga beach (a 21-minute drive / 15.8 km away) or visit one of its coves. Furthermore, Ibiza airport is also a 21-minute drive away (20.3 km).
Parking is available on the property.
Pets, parties and events are not allowed. According to the municipal ordinance, loud music or noise is not allowed after 12pm.
No smoking inside the house.
The property has a garage available for parking.
A car is needed to get to the house. We recommend renting a car.
The villa has an alarm system with a code. An extra cleaning is included for stays longer than one week. There are fire extinguishers in the property.

Pros: Amazing villa! Looks better than in the photos for sure. The pool area is great (clean pool, sunbeds, table and parasols) and the house is well equipped with towels, clean rooms, cooking equipment, air con, etc.
The hosts were as nice as they could be! Helping us with everything, being welcoming, and flexible.
Cons: The only downside was that its tricky to call a taxi to the house, but if you just give the taxi company the name of the next villa down (Vila d’alt Sera) you’ll have no issues!
