Die Aussicht auf den Hafen. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und die zentrale Lage. Obwohl, das die Wohnung direkt an der Inselhaubtstraße liegt, bemerkte man kaum den Verkehr. Die Nähe zum Strand, keine 30 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt.
