Les Marines 7 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, café 450 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 9.3 km, sandy beach "Platja de l'Estanyó" 50 m. Die Unterkunft bietet das was es verspricht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet , mit Kaffeemaschine, Saftpresse, Toaster, Pfannen, Töpfen & weiteren Utensilien. Klimaanlage funktioniert prima in allen Räumen. Es ist möglich zu jeder Tageszeit draußen mit der vorliegenden Markisen zu essen. Hinterm Haus hat man seine Ruhe von jeder Seite abgeschottet, toll um den Tag mit der Familie ausklingen zu lassen. Zudem ein Abendbad im nahen Pool mit Blick aufs Meer mit Sandstrand. Toller Urlaub.;)
