About this apartment rental
The "LOTSEN-SUITE" is a spacious two-room apartment on the 4th floor. The suite offers plenty of space for up to 4 people in approximately 63 m². You enter the apartment through the entryway, which features a mirrored shoe closet and a coat rack. The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD player, as well as a dining set with 4 chairs, a cozy sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, and an armchair, has a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. In the bedroom, you’ll find a box-spring bed, a large closet, a second flat-screen TV, and a safe. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, and a small dining table with two chairs, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet is also impressive. In addition, the apartment features a large storage room with a closet for storing suitcases and balcony furniture. The large south-facing balcony is fully covered. Also on the 4th floor, there is a washer and dryer available for a small fee. Your car is safely parked in the underground garage in a reserved parking space.

The “Deichgraf” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The gorgeous sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away.
Our apartments and suites at “Deichgraf” either offer breathtaking panoramic views of the World Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, or face south and are thus bathed in sunshine. Each apartment has its own parking space.
In addition to the living quarters, the hotel features an on-site restaurant with a breakfast buffet, a cozy hotel bar, and a Sky Sports bar. For our younger guests, there’s a playground right next to the restaurant’s sun terrace. Other recreational options, such as the “Spielkogge” on the beach and the “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park, are also in the immediate vicinity. A washing machine and dryer are available on-site and can be used for a fee.
