A relaxing vacation with a sunny balcony!
Enjoy wonderfully relaxing days at "Villa Drees" on Wangerooge in a central location. It’s just 50 meters to the sandy beach and the promenade! You’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés right in the immediate vicinity. Recreational activities, such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis center, or the surf school, are all within easy walking distance.
With 51 m², our comfortable vacation apartment “Quartier 10” offers plenty of space for up to four people. High-quality and modernly furnished, it features a living room with an additional sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a sunny balcony. Modern furniture and bright, high-quality decor give the rooms a very friendly and cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive!
The separate bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed for two people and a TV; it features skylights with remote-controlled shading and offers plenty of space with a large closet—even for longer stays on the island. Two additional sleeping spots are available on the cozy sleeper sofa in the living room. If needed, an extra bed can be added to the apartment upon request.
The living room is furnished with a couch and an armchair, among other things, and is perfect for cozy movie nights! For this, you’ll have access to a modern TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, a Bose soundbar, a PlayStation 4 with various games, as well as a DVD player and a Blu-ray player. A variety of board games (poker, backgammon, chess, Activity, Looping Louie, and much more) are provided for additional evening entertainment. So even when the weather isn’t great, you can relax here to your heart’s content!
For convenient self-catering, the modern built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as fine tableware, glasses, and carafes, plus a coffee/espresso machine, juicer, milk frother, electric kettle, blender, and toaster. There’s also a large dining table here for sharing meals.
Relax on the vacation apartment’s beautiful balcony! Breathing in the fresh North Sea air and reading a good book in complete tranquility is pure relaxation. Enjoying breakfast at the garden table in the morning, winding down the day in the evening with a sundowner or a glass of wine—these are unforgettable vacation moments! (Outdoor blankets are provided)
The modern bathroom, with natural lighting and a walk-in shower, also invites you to relax and feel at home.
Secure Wi-Fi, underfloor heating throughout the entire unit, and an elevator in the building (Apartment 10 is fully accessible!) ensure added comfort. A storage room in the hallway is part of the apartment. There, you’ll find extra space to store suitcases and beach gear. There’s also an additional fold-out bed for unexpected guests. Baby gear is available upon request. You’ll also find the apartment’s washing machine here.

Die Wohnung hat uns ganz wunderbar gefallen! Wir waren über Ostern ein paar Tage spontan auf der Insel und die schöne, moderne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung in der Villa Drees hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass die Erholung von der ersten Minute an starten konnte. Wir fahren seit einigen Jahren nach Wangerooge und kennen bereits ein paar Häuser - dieses gehört ab sofort zu unseren Favoriten :-) Für einen Kurztrip mit (kleinen) Kindern ist die Lage absolut perfekt: zentral, alle Geschäfte direkt um die Ecke und -das Wichtigste- der Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Kurzum: Tolle Wohnung, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gute Wohnung, super Lage, nur das ausklappbare Sofa ist nicht besonders groß oder bequem, auch gibt es entgegen der Beschreibung keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit.
