About this house rental
The rustic finca “Na Begassa” is situated in a beautiful location on approximately 17,000 m² of land between Cala Rajada and Cala Mesquida. The beautiful beach at Cala Mesquida (approx. 1,250 m) can be reached via a forest trail; Cala Agulla beach is approx. 2,500 m away. The port of Cala Rajada, with its great restaurants and bars, is about 5 km away.
The finca’s main house features 5 bedrooms (sleeping a total of 10 people plus any children), each with its own bathroom, several balconies, a large living and dining area, a kitchen, and a guest restroom on the first floor.
The finca was completely renovated in 2022 (new bathrooms, new kitchen, new furniture).
The finca consists of a main house and two additional separate apartments. For recreational activities, there is a beach volleyball court, a pool, an old tennis court (perfect for a pickup soccer game), and a ping-pong table. The modern infinity pool (saltwater) can be heated upon request (perfect for spring and fall)! From the two balconies and a large rooftop terrace, you can take in the view of the Mesquida Valley and the property, which is filled with palm trees, flowers, and blooming shrubs. On the first floor is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, and oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room with three exits leading to the covered terrace. This terrace offers space for both large and small vacation groups.
