About the Chalet
The chalet, which underwent extensive renovations in the summer of 2021, is located just outside the town center of Lenzkirch in the Upper Black Forest. It sits at an elevation of 824 meters and is right next to a forest. The town of Lenzkirch is located in the heart of the Southern Black Forest and is surrounded by valleys and forests. Short distances to Lake Titisee, Lake Schluchsee, the Wutach Gorge, or the Feldberg summit make Lenzkirch an attractive starting point.
In this cozy chalet, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two or four. Not only the new facade—clad in larch shingles, typical of the Black Forest—but also the lovingly furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and Black Forest-style decor contribute to a special atmosphere.
The living room features a large LED TV, a couch, a cozy wingback chair, and a tasteful corner bench. Adjacent to it is the tastefully furnished dining area for up to 4 people. The living room is perfect for winding down the evening with a good bottle of wine and a cozy fire.

The Rogg Brauerei restaurant is just a 7-minute walk away.
A short drive takes you to the center of Lenzkirch: Edeka, pharmacies, doctors, shops, and other restaurants.
10 minutes to Schluchsee or Titisee.

Letzte Woche durften wir wundervolle Tage im Tannenhäusle verbringen. Das Haus wurde gemütlich und mit Blick für's Detail gestaltet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge in den Hochschwarzwald inklusive Schluchsee, Feldberg etc. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Besitzern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Woche im Tannenhäusle in Lenzkirch waren ein Traum.
Das Chalet wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Dem Vermieter ist es gelungen eine erstklassige Symbiose zwischen topmodern und State of the Art an Einrichtung sowie der klassischen Schwarzwälder Wohnkultur herzustellen.
Wohn- und Essbereich, gemütlich mit der heimeligen Atmosphäre eines Holzofens, laden zum verweilen ein.
Deko und Zubehör des Hauses wurden sehr geschmackvoll ausgesucht. Man spürt die detailverliebtheit beim einrichten des Ferienhauses.
Die zwar kleine aber sehr funktionale Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten und Matratzen lassen das eigene Bett schnell vergessen. Badezimmer und Toilette entsprechen dem neuesten und üblichen Standards eines modernen Ferienhauses. Wenn es dann draußen noch kalt ist, lässt die neue Sauna schnell ein Gefühl von „jetzt ist alles perfekt“ aufkommen.
Der Gartenbereich ist komplett umzäunt, sodass ein evtl. mitgebrachter Hund den Bereich nicht einfach verlassen kann.
Die Renovierung des Gartenbereiches ist noch nicht abgeschlossen, was aber den Genuss des Hauses in keinster Weise schmälert.
Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einem in recht kurzer Zeit an vielen Orten und Stellen des Hochschwarzwaldes zu sein.
