About this villa rental
Location: beautiful new villa in Pontemazzori - Camaiore. The villa is located in an olive grove. The approach to the house via a dirt road brings our guests to the beautiful fenced plot. The beautiful and quiet location is perfect for a wonderful holiday. A beautiful swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-October) with a small island with palm tree in the center is only available to our guests and offers a lot of fun for the kids. A large terrace under the pergola invites you to linger. In addition, in the area of the pool is an area with sun loungers and a shaded area. On the property there is plenty of room for more than one car to park. The beach is located about 13 km from the villa. Camaiore 3 km.

On the ground floor with access to the garden, there is the nice size kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace and everything your heart desires to prepare delicious meals. One bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. One bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The room has a beautiful panoramic windows and an extra bed (folding bed).
On the upper level you will find a room with a sofa bed for 2 people. From here you get to the panoramic terrace with garden furniture.
The alleistehende homeowner lives in a small outbuilding (150 m from the house) in the lower part of the property.
It has its own entrance and guests are not disturbed.
To be paid on site: Deposit € 1.000. Electricity according to consumption € 1 per Kw. If required gas according to consumption € 1,20 per litre.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included.
