Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Wir haben uns insgesamt recht wohl gefühlt. Aber ärgerlich war: - dass ein frisch renoviertes Bad eine schöne Toilette erhalten hat ohne Rand, wo aber eine Klobrille montiert wurde, die 5cm zu kurz ist. - das mir beim öffnen der Tür unter der Spüle ein intensiver Schimmelgeruch entgegen strömte wie ich ihn noch nie erlebt habe (gesundheitsgefährdend). Wir haben die Tür nicht mehr geöffnet - wenn die vordere linke Platte des Herdes genutzt wird, wird die Arbeitsplatte in der Umgebung so heiß, dass auch die Griffmulde des Kühlschrankes heiß wird (für kleine Kinder gefährlich). Keine ausreichende, evtl. gar keine ausreichende Isolierung der Platten. Unverständlich ist mir noch, dass sämtliche Türen der Schränke in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer schief hängen. Dies wäre doch wirklich mit kleinstem Aufwand zu ändern und nicht kostenintensiv. Dies ist kein meckern sondern sollte als konstruktive Kritik verstanden werden.
