About this apartment rental
Cozy, sunny vacation apartment on the 6th floor with a west-facing balcony—view of the Baltic Sea and the cliffs—
Step inside and FEEL AT HOME
The bright living room is furnished with two two-seater sofas, a flat-screen TV (110 cm in diameter), a hi-fi system with a CD player, and a dining area located right by the window.
The sleeping area, separated from the living room by a curtain, features two single beds (each 90 × 200). Here you can dream.
In the new, spacious, modern kitchen, which opens onto the living area, you’ll find everything you need to cook delicious meals: a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and many other kitchen utensils.
In the separate children’s room (separated from the living area by a door) there is a safe bunk bed (each bed 80×190 cm). The children’s room can be darkened with a curtain.
The bathroom with a shower (shower stall with a low threshold) and toilet is accessible directly from the hallway.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
No smoking!
Pets are not allowed!
Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached via the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off some energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

The rehabilitation center located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
