Inviting wooden house, located on a large, hilly natural plot at only 400 m distance from one of the inviting beaches of the island.
The house is furnished with beautiful wooden floors, bright and cozy. The heart of the home life is the combined living and dining room with open kitchen, where you can watch TV, listen to the radio or music and enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere by the fireplace in cool seasons. In addition, the house consists of two bathrooms and three bedrooms. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and a dryer. In the house you will enjoy free internet access via fiber optic network.
From the living room you have access to a beautiful, sheltered and partially covered wooden terrace with lounge furniture and a gas barbecue, where you can prepare your meals outdoors. Here you can enjoy the fresh air, read a good book, have a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine in the evening. Around the house there is plenty of space for physical development.
You live just a short walk from a beautiful beach, making the house an ideal base for many beach excursions. You will also live close to the Dueodde lighthouse, and restaurants and kiosks. It is highly recommended to visit the charming village of Snogebæk.
