Disappointing stay

The food: although one had to wait at least an hour before the next course was served. There were three courses. We started at 6.30 pm and finished around 9.00 pm. This for us was a waste of precious time and no value for the half board that we paid.

We didn’t get the room that we booked. I asked for two single beds for the room that we booked. However, we did get two single beds in a different room and we were not happy with that. We were told by the reception that they would look into it the next day. No one said anything anymore and that was not acceptable at all. The hotel was also extremely difficult to find.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal, Essen und trinken einfach nur gut.

Gesamtes Hotel hervorragend. Tolle Zimmer. Super Frühstück. Hallenbad, Sauna topp. Personal freundlich,aufmerksam und kompetent.

Das Bad ist eher schlecht beleuchtet. Sonst aber toll.

Das Essen (Frühstück) war super. Tolles und grosses Angebot. Als Naturliebhaberin fand ich die Lage am Ende des Tales gut.
