Our “Murmeltier” vacation rental is a 49-square-meter, light-filled apartment. The newly redesigned rooms invite you to relax and unwind. Enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains from the large southwest-facing terrace. Experience the true spirit of a vacation. Sleep like a marmot in the separate bedroom on the luxury box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with two different firmness levels (H3 on the left, H2 on the right by the window). Spend pleasant hours in the spacious and cozy living room with its modern seating area. A high-quality box-spring sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) with a topper allows a third guest or two children to sleep comfortably. The TV with Ambilight backlighting invites you to enjoy a cozy evening watching TV. In the entryway, you’ll find a spacious closet, a shoe rack, a coat rack, a mirror, and a large fridge-freezer combo in a trendy vintage style. The vacation rental also features a new, high-quality, fully equipped kitchen (stove with 2 induction burners, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots, and pans). The renovated bathroom (toilet, sink, shower stall, fixtures), as well as new doors in all living areas, enhance the cozy atmosphere. A travel crib for children up to 3 years old can be provided upon request. For added convenience, we offer free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house. Enjoy boundless nature and take advantage of the excellent location for countless activities: Summer: Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, swimming, sailing, golf, family vacations, rafting, castles, palaces, boat tours on Lake Chiemsee featuring Herrenchiemsee Palace, the Erl Festival, and the Alpine Animal Park. Winter: Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing (a small children’s ski area including a ski school right in Sachrang; the ski areas in Durchholzen, Hochkössen, and Winklmoosalm are just a short drive away), ski touring, sledding. The possibilities for activities are endless! Very scenic hiking trails—for example, to the Wildbichl Alm or the Karspitze—start right outside the front door and cross the “green border” into Tyrol.
