The “Zum Schneider Mascht” chalet, newly built in 2021 with great passion, offers an exclusive feel-good experience for up to 10 guests.

The vacation home is situated in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful traditional Tyrolean farms. It lies directly at the foot of what is arguably the most scenic mountain, the Hohe Salve, in the foothills of the sunny Itter plateau—right in the heart of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. It’s just 200 meters from the newly built Salvista gondola. So the skiing fun begins right at your doorstep.
All essential amenities—such as the mountain railways, a children’s playground, shopping, and restaurants—are located in the immediate vicinity of our “Zum Schneider Mascht” chalet.

The towns of Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, and Kitzbühel are just a few minutes’ drive away.

In addition to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate restrooms, a storage room, a laundry room, a coat closet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sun terrace, a wellness area with a sauna and a rainbow shower, a relaxation room, lounge chairs, direct access to the balcony with a lounge area and sun loungers, 4 parking spaces in the covered carport, 2 additional parking spaces, a charging station for electric cars (Mennekes Type 2) and e-bikes, a heated changing room, a ski room with a ski boot dryer, a lockable bike storage room, a covered terrace, a garden, and an outdoor shower.



On-site costs: Included: Charging station for electric cars and e-bikes, covered carport for up to 4 cars and 2 additional parking spaces, lockable bike and ski storage room, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine, ski boot dryer, and heated changing room (cloakroom) Not included: local tax. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
