In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 4.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 9.5 km, ferry "Denia" 23.2 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 3.5 km. This property was a late substitute as our first choice fell through. When we arrived the pool needed a clean but interhome sorted it and pool man came first thing next day. The property was very clean and spacious. There are no English TV channels. The BBQ is gas. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cups and plates but no cupboard space for food. Oven needs timer on to work. Several steps down to pool area. Overall a great place to stay but car essential. Would definitely recommend.
