Für die Lage einen Punkt weniger, weil der Weitblick auf die Schlei vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus, wegen des Maisfeldes dirket vor dem Grundstück, leider nicht gegeben war. Das war nur von oben aus der oberen Etage möglich.
