Home w/ Gulf Access and Boat Deck, Heated Pool, Jacuzzi. Completely renovated in November/December 2021

Bed linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

House was amazing ..Property manager went above and beyond…very responsive with our calls and concerns…house was very clean and organized…kitchen had everything u needed…
We loved the outdoor living space…enjoyed drinking coffee outside and watching the fish jump in the bay…
Hoping next year when we stay the pool will be fixed…
We rebooked for next year already….
