Vacation Home "Luxury Penthouse near Marbella" with Sea View, Shared Sauna, A/C & Wi-Fi

Property was excellent as was the view. One needs a car, which we knew beforehand, planned for and was a reason to rent the unit. Beach and the ALDI supermarket are very convenient. So quiet that one can hear the flapping of bird wings as they fly by. Only suggestion would be to provide 2 keys rather than 1 as guests do not always do the same things or are not always together.

This was our first visit to Marbella and can say we will most definitely be back. I was nervous about the location, but it turned out to be just perfect. Short drive to the main areas of interest, but off the cut enough that we could enjoy the downtime as well. We absolutely LOVED being up in the mountains and definitely recommend renting a car. The Aldi off the highway exit was amazing and had everything we needed. Already looking to come back next year and we had an amazing time!

Pros: The apartment is ideally located if you want to be close to the action but not in the midst. Close enough for a quick drive to the beach, shops, restaurants and peaceful enough for some relaxing time. The apartment itself has stunning views, very nice outdoor furniture. Would benefit from a few umbrellas for the hot afternoon sun but other than that it’s amazing. Inside very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were very communicative and helpful in every way. All in all a delightful stay and we would LOVE to stay here again and can recommend this place highly for a memorable holiday.

Pros: Anything anyone could say negatively about this apartment would honestly only be nitpicking, from arrival to departure, this was a fantastic experience enjoyed by the whole family. Flavia’s apartment was spotless, well equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay, and would do a body good in terms of the most amazing view and silence . To sit on the amazing terrace every morning for breakfast, sunbathing all day and relaxing at night, we definitely spent most of our day outside here...arrival at the complex was great, super helpful security man on gate, parking is directly under the apartment, and just use emergency door a few steps further and you are at the lift outside the apartment, I say this as we first thought the locked door marked with the apartment number was the entrance to apartment, it’s not but frustrating to be trying keys and they not working. Inside the apartment lots of space for our party of 5, only thing I’d say about outdoor furniture was because there were only 3 sun beds, maybe a few more would be nice, we just did a first up got the sun bed solution!!! We actually spent most of our time lying on the super terrace, there’s a fantastic breeze up here and if you open all the doors in the morning the apartment stays beautifully cool all day. Have to also mention, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on anywhere ever, Flavia as a host is definitely one of the nicest we’ve ever come across, from the very welcome food left in the fridge to allowing us stay later on departure day, this was so appreciated as we weren’t flying until midnight and made the overall experience so much more pleasant and enjoyable for us - I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again and the lovely experience we had with the host just cements this. You would definitely need a car to enjoy your stay in samara, but realistically once you have one it’s no more than a 15 min drive to the heart of Marbella, a few mins more to Puerto Banus, it’s easily accessible to lots of shops and a huge shopping center- there’s actually no shops or restaurants in the area within walking distance so a car is essential- really nothing more to add, if you want a relaxing break in a stunning location with every luxury from home - then Flavia’s apartment is the place to be!!

Pros: We stayed at the Penthouse with my family (wife and 2 young children) and my mother. What an amazing time we had. The Penthouse is absolutely beautiful and finished to a high standard. Both pool areas are gorgeous and perfect for sunbathing round the pool. The complex has 24h security and the you have your private (underground) parking lot. The Penthouse is very spacious and has very big terras and has the most stunning view. I would say this is the best apartment of the whole complex. The Penthouse was very clean and fresh when we arrived and due to no back booking, we could even enter the Penthouse a bit earlier then possible (thank you again for that :-)). We had all the items we could wish for and everything works as you expect it would. The kitchens has all equipment and items you need to make a quick snack a 3 course meal. The decoration and furniture is well maintained and this really made the experience complete! We really felt at home, and it was really relaxing to sit outside, listen to some jazz music and watch the sun set. The welcome was warm and the functioning of the house was explained in detail in English and in a very kind manner. Throughout the house you are reminded how particular things work and the manual also explained a lot. All in all Flavia and Eric remained caring and professional for all our questions and desires from the begin to the end. We look forward to coming back here again in the future! Pros: Wir haben Urlaub über Silvester 2015/16 in diesem traumhaften Penthouse gemacht. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern ist sehr nett und immer kompetent gewesen !
