Our house is located in Neu Hirschburg, a small village in the Rostock Heath. There’s no through traffic here, so you can find peace and relaxation even in the height of summer.
The kids can draw with chalk or play badminton on the small village street.
Wonderful bike paths, which start right outside the door, invite you to take long or short rides in every direction.
The approximately 75-square-meter, two-story vacation rental is located in a 250-year-old farmhouse with a separate entrance that was sustainably renovated in 2017. Natural building materials, clay plaster, and the preservation of original structural elements (such as the half-timbering) ensure a pleasant and allergy-free indoor climate year-round.
Our vacation rental features a large living room, two cozy bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a compact kitchen. When the weather is nice, the terrace and small garden become a second living room, surrounded by lush greenery.
The rooms are designed for comfort.
The spacious living room features two sofas that invite you to lounge, daydream, listen to the radio, or watch TV. If that’s not your thing, you can sit at an old, refurbished bar counter, watch the birds in the garden, or write postcards to loved ones back home.
In the evening, a large, cozy bedroom in the attic awaits, featuring a big window (with a screen) for fresh air and stargazing—if you’d like (there are, of course, blinds for those who prefer a dark room). The comfortable double bed offers a view of the stars at night.
A smaller, cozy bedroom with two single beds, each offering an open view of the sky through the large skylight (with blackout curtains and insect screens for plenty of fresh air), can serve as the children’s sleeping area.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is equipped with a safety railing.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and everything else you could want), allowing you not only to enjoy hearty meals but also to prepare them stress-free.
A comfortable bathroom on the first floor with underfloor heating throughout the room and a compact bathroom (with a washing machine) on the upper floor round out the amenities.
The apartment includes a TV and Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker + radio, board games, and a small personal library.
Our rates naturally include fresh bed linens, fresh dish towels, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc.
You must bring your own bath and shower towels.
We do not allow pets.
For a maintenance fee of €2 per day, you can rent bicycles from us to cycle through the forest on a wonderful bike ride to the beach (approx. 5–6 km). ...or, of course, wherever the wind takes you.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Von der persönlichen Kommunikation, über das toll eingerichtete Ferienhaus, bis hin zur Top-Lage...alles PRIMA!

Kurzentschlossen gebucht und eingecheckt ... Toller Empfang, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Kurzurlaub war rundum perfekt, von Unterkunft bis hin zum Wetter :-) ... Gern wieder !!!

Schöne, sehr neue und saubere Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Unten Küche und offenes Wohnzimmer laden zum relaxen ein. Oben eine Galerie als Schlafzimmer und separates Kinderzimmer. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der kleine Garten mit schöner Sitzecke lädt zum verweilen ein. Alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Objekt ist etwas abgelegen, aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad Richtung Darß oder Rostock zu fahren. Die Strände Graal Müritz / Dierhagen sind 6 km entfernt.
Der nächste Bäcker ist 3km entfernt in Klockenhagen. Da ist auch ein großes Freilichtmuseum und in Gelb Sande ein sehenswertes Jagdschloss.
