Stay in an Art Nouveau villa from 1904:
About 100 square meters of space to call home: a large rooftop terrace, a covered wooden balcony, and lovingly renovated rooms with the special charm of a house from 1904. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, Wi-Fi, and a private parking spot ensure a relaxing stay.

For families with children ages 8 and up:
Historical features, furnishings, and amenities are tailored to older children. The apartment is not equipped for babies or toddlers.
The accommodation
Do as the city dwellers did at the turn of the century—and treat yourself to a summer retreat.
Art Nouveau and modern design come together in this approximately 100-square-meter apartment. Historical details, family heirlooms, and carefully selected finds continue to tell the story of the house without compromising on comfort.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a sofa bed (double), and a living-dining room with another sofa bed. It also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
On the large rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sunset, and from the covered wooden balcony, you can take in the view toward Andechs Abbey. The villa is set in a private natural garden with mature trees. And when the trees shed their leaves in the fall—or if you stretch a little—you can even see Lake Ammersee and the Alps.
Anyone who appreciates history, design, and a lifestyle that values quality will quickly feel at home here.

The apartment includes a private parking space and a covered bike storage area. Additional parking is available along the street. The local bus stop is right next to the property.

I’d be happy to share my favorite spots around Lake Ammersee and answer any questions you may have about the apartment or the surrounding area. Since I live in the same building, I’m easily reachable if needed.
At the same time, the summer retreat is all yours during your stay—enjoy your time off undisturbed, with the peace and freedom that define this place.

If possible, I’d be happy to welcome you in person and show you around the apartment. It’s important to me that you arrive feeling relaxed and feel right at home from the start.

Die Ferienwohnung Sommerfrische hat uns gut gefallen.
Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden und liebevoll dekoriert.
Die Lage und der Ort sind ebenfalls gut.
Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Sehr unkomplizierter freundlicher Empfang, Handtücher , Bettzeug lag ausreichend zur Verfügung bereit. Die große Sonnenterrasse war ein Highlight.

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in der "Sommerfrische".
Bereits bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein leckeres "Welcome-package".
Die Wohnung wurde von Chris liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse und der Balkon laden jederzeit zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.
In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, alle Räume sind äußerst gemütlich, das mit Tageslicht geflutete Bad sehr geräumig.
Den Sonnenaufgang über dem Ammersee, den man beim wachwerden im Bett liegend bestaunen kann, muss man erlebt haben...
