Cozy 4-room semi-detached home (90 square meters) on an approximately 400-square-meter lot with a Frisian stone wall and 2 parking spaces, built in the island’s traditional architectural style and furnished with great attention to detail. Completely renovated in 2022/2023
LIVING ROOM: Spacious corner couch and ottoman + smart TV. KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped with dining area for 4 people. BATHROOM 1 on the first floor: shower/toilet. Entryway and utility room with washer-dryer. On the 1st floor is BATHROOM 2: shower/toilet, accessible only through BEDROOM 1: double bed and closet. BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and built-in closet.
The center of Wyk, with its numerous shopping options, as well as the beach, is about a 10-minute bike ride away.
A bakery and numerous restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy the sun on the terrace and, on cooler days, in a beach chair, and leave the stress of everyday life behind.
