About this apartment rental
The newly opened stylish residence with apartment "Residence Meridian Unità 1" welcomes its guests with automatic check-in. Just 1 km from Pula, near Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people.Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, television and air conditioning.
The private covered terrace with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool in the courtyard and the mountain landscape. The common outdoor area has a garden, a terrace with sun loungers and a large pool. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively, while the younger guests can have fun in the children's pool.
In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive (3.4 km) away. Chia beach, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the property, and the archaelogical site Nora can be visited within 11 minutes by car (6 km). The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km) away, and the lively city of Cagliari with its charming old town is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro. The city's international airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km) from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The deposit will be managed through the portal Vikey and will be returned by bank transfer. Step-free access & interior, elevator and wide doors.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Property exactly like photos.
Immaculate - probably the cleanest holiday property we’ve ever stayed in!
2 large bedrooms & excellent en-suites.
Kitchen is v small & no grill or oven, just hob.
Could also do with a few more sharp knives & chopping boards, but otherwise ok. Nice coffee machine! Plus good size fridge/freezer.
Comfortable modern sofa & inside dining table.
Nice terrace with modern style chairs, recycling bins & an airer for towels & clothes- didn’t really get the sun on it though(May/June) but warm enough.
Pool was ok - not v warm end of May/June & pictures are slightly deceptive because there’s a wall between main pool & child pool, so it’s not actually that long for swimming.
Artificial grass surrounding & good loungers & umbrellas - all v clean.
Only issue with the pool, & it was a constant pain, was the pigeons pooing all around & in the pool!
Because of the dividing wall in the pool, the pigeons can walk along it - they come to drink/wash & poo - which isn’t nice.
Parking is excellent - plenty of room & numbered bays. Electric gates to access.
Location - small village, with village store. The pizzeria was closed when we were there (end May, beginning of June). Think there’s also a small supermarket at the end of the road on the same side of the property. Little bar in the village, but it wasn’t very welcoming!
Brilliant for access to Pula by car. Lovely little town with multiple restaurants & gelato shops!
Definitely need a car, fab beaches nearby.
